INDOOR PARTY PACKAGES

BASIC PACKAGE = $300

(2 hours + optional 30 min set-up)
Up to 12 participants (can add 3 more children, bringing our max to 15 participants)

  • 30 min self-decorated set-up before the party begins

  • Dedicated party host/leader for the entire party (parents can sit back and relax and actually ENJOY their child's party alongside them!)

  • Team building games and party activities

  • Choice of theme-based small/simple craft (or opt for more ‘team challenges’ as your ‘party-focused activity’)

  • Basic party supplies (plates, cups and utensils)

  • 30 minutes for cake/food time (food not included)

  • Take-home ‘gift’ for Birthday Girl/Boy

  • Swift Style Soiree: $15/additional child (includes materials)

  • DIY Designer Workshop: $20/additional child (includes premium materials)

  • Build-A-Buddy Workshop: $15/additional child (includes bear & accessories)

  • Glow & Glam Party: $15/additional child

  • Slime Spectacular: $15/additional child

OUTDOOR PARTY PACKAGES 

Basic Outdoor Package - $325:
 

Up to 12 Participants (additional kids $20 each, max 22)

  • 30 min self-decorated set-up before the party begins at ‘base camp’ (TBD)

  • 2 dedicated party hosts/leaders (parents can sit back and relax and actually ENJOY their child's party alongside them!)

  • Guided outdoor adventure team-building games and party activities

  • Choice of theme-based ‘nature craft’ project (or opt out of craft and add more time for ‘team challenges’ as your focused activity)

  • Basic party supplies (plates, cups and utensils)

  • 30 minutes for cake/food time (food not included)

  • Take-home ‘gift’ for Birthday Girls/Boy

  • Emergency weather backup indoor location

Specialized OUTDOOR Theme Packages:

"ULTIMATE ADVENTURE" OUT-OF-TOWN PACKAGE - $525 Base Rate Experiences (4.5 hrs: 2.5 activity time + 2 hr transportation time – there and back, based on Vancouver or Whistler destinations):


Up to 18 kids (additional kids $20 each, max 20)

  • Transportation in Healthy Hearts decorated 24 passenger ‘party bus’

  • Bus party tunes and singing there and back

  • 2 qualified adventure leaders

  • Choice of destination activity (family is responsible for activity booking payments, but we’re happy to take care of all of the booking and organizing of the adventure if you’d like)

  • Birthday adventure 'photography' - parents don't have to spend time on their phones capturing party moments, let us take that stress off of you, so you can actually enjoy the party!

  • Small bus snack for each child

  • Custom theme decoration package: +$50

  • Extra 30 minutes: +$50

  • Custom craft upgrade: +$5 per child (please inquire within for our wide variety of options)

  • Pizza and drinks package: +$12 per child

  • Healthy snack package: +$8 per child

  • Party favour personal customized bags with treats & small 'toy' filling: +$10 per child

  • Custom birthday t-shirt for birthday child: +$20

  • Party bus pickup option + spa-themed ride (music + sing-alongs) +$30 (one way) / $50 (round trip)
