Ramp Camp is our hands-on building and construction program where kids get to do something most of them won't have access to for years: pick up power tools and actually use them.
We're talking real skills. Real projects. Real confidence built one cut, one nail, and one finished build at a time. Whether our campers are building a bike ramp, scooter ramp, skateboard ramp, Hot Wheels ramp or something entirely different like a ‘doll/stuffie house’, Cat house, Bird feeder – Our goal is the same and simple: to help our campers learn new skills and walk away at the end of the week with something they’re super proud of!!
We meet every camper exactly where they're at — curious, creative, and ready to figure things out with their own two hands. Whether your child has never held a drill or already tinkers in the basement on weekends, Ramp Camp is designed to challenge them, support them, and send them home with something they made themselves (and a whole lot of pride to go with it! ).
What to expect:
Ages: 7 - 15 years old
Dates: Monday, August 17th – Friday, August 21st
Fee: $450 for the full week — and this includes EVERYTHING
That means all materials, all tools, all guidance and support throughout every single stage — from planning their project, to building it, to adding those finishing touches. No extra supply lists. No trips to the hardware store. Just show up ready to create!
Drop-in campers are welcome ($110/day) however, they would either need to for sure attend day 1 of camp so that they can be part of the ‘shopping’ portion of our program where they get to pick out their materials at the local home hardware store OR if not, then they’d need to be prepared to get creative with the large variety of wood and supplies that we have at camp to build something awesome!

Here's what you need to know about Turell:
He JUST competed at CRANKWORX WHISTLER and came in 2nd place.
He is ranked 5th on the FMB World Tour.
He has been building his OWN jumps since he was 10 years old — including a full mulch jump in his backyard.
He can throw a backflip no-hander and a 360 on a dirt jumper.
He does almost all of his own bike maintenance.
But here's what we love most about Turell... he is the kid in his neighbourhood that ALL the younger kids want to hang around. The favourite. The one they look up to. He is kind, patient, easy to talk to, and he deeply understands what it means to be a role model — even among his own friends. He lives that authentically every single day.
